Dale,
I have not sold my Savage yet. I've got one guy interested in it, but if he does not purchase it, I'll wait until spring before trying to sell it again.
In the past I took the Savage to Jarman's Sportcycles in Charlottesville because they were the only Suzuki dealer around. But, DON'T GO TO THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT. They are horrible. I, as well as other friends of mine, have had terrible experiences with them (Botched repair jobs, unecessary work and charges, and wait times of at least a month for the most minor of repairs).
Wayne's cycles in Waynesboro just became a Suzuki dealer in November and I recommend going to them. They are a MUCH better shop. I bought my Vulcan, new, from them. They have outstanding service, a great service department, and they have reasonable rates, they don't gouge you, and they finish their work quickly. If you can make it over to them, you won't regret it. Just call to make an appointment in advance.
I am always looking for people to ride with, so if you ever want to set up a ride, just let me know. I work over at Blue Ridge Mtn Sports in C'Ville. I ride year round no matter how cold or hot out it may be. I will only avoid riding if there is snow or ice on the roads.
I hope all my info helps you out. Ride Safe!
